After a decade spent working as a B2B content writer, I found myself continuously returning to animals. In 2022, I helped build Artemis Animal Rescue, and became a guide for those socializing feral cats with the Socialization Saves Lives method. I realized that I’d rather put my working energy into caring for animals, because nothing brings me more joy.

As a pet parent who tends to bring home “misfit toys”, I know how important it is to treat every animal as an individual. I believe in providing open and thorough communication, because I’m not just here to clock in, take Fluffy around the block, and clock out. My experience as a rescuer has taught me to be graceful under pressure - I have cleaned unspeakable messes, pried angry cats out of walls, and trimmed a feral cat’s nails. I’m ready for truly whatever.
